Happy Birthday: Brady Defeats Age Of 40, Remains 39
Never willing to accept defeat, Tom Brady won his birthday by dismantling the age of 40 and remaining 39.
“Give 40 a lot of credit,” said the always humble Brady. “It’s a big age and it intimidates a lot of people. I just got the better of it today.”
In preparation for his birthday matchup, Brady spent months studying tape of other people who were 40, as well as staring down any cakes or party hats he came across.
“It doesn’t end here, we got a long way to go,” said Brady. “I intend to stay 39 for years to come.”
